Come celebrate your birthdays and field trips at RIMOSA!
Our hands-on, open-ended interactive exhibits and activities awaken curiosity, ignite creativity and give your group a space to explore without boundaries.
RIMOSA is currently hosting small groups of 14 individuals or less. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to host large parties or events on-site at this time. Fill out our inquiry form to reserve your date today!
Parties
All parties must be booked two weeks in advance. We are able to book parties before/after regular museum hours. Contact us for pricing and details.
Birthday Party
Access to all on-site exhibits for two hours during regular museum hours. Includes one Spin Art painting per guest.
Basic Package
Admission to the museum during regular hours with ½ hour reserved for cake.
Activities Package
Admission to the museum during regular hours, one facilitated activity for 45 minutes in our Maker Space with a RIMOSA Educator, ½ hour for cake. Choose from these activities: Catapults, Marble Rollercoasters, Stabiles, Kites, Optical Illusions, Colored Paper Butterflies, Secret Writing
Specialty Package
Admission to the museum during regular hours and either one Advanced program facilitated by a RIMOSA Educator, or two activities with ½ hour for cake and ½ hour for participants to present their creations. Choose from these Advanced programs: Musical Instruments, Animation, It’s Not a Newspaper, Cardboard Challenge
Field Trips
RIMOSA is currently hosting small groups of 14 individuals or less. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to host large groups at this time. Fill out our inquiry form to reserve a date and we’ll contact you with details and pricing.
Field trips can be scheduled Monday – Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm
Field trips are two hours. Your group will spend some of that time roaming the exhibit space and interacting at their own speed with hands-on exhibits, and some in our Makers’ Space enjoying one of our fascinating facilitated programs or activities.
We require one adult chaperone, age 17 and older, for every six students. Chaperones are admitted at no charge.
